The size of the TV image on your screen in TVALL is limited by the 
actual size of the screen in pixels.  You can set TXINC and TYINC to 
something other than 0 or 1, e.g. 2 to show every other pixel in the image.

The verb TVROAM will let you load the full image and then interactively 
roam around in it.  That verb does put the TV in an odd mode which many 
tasks and verbs cannot handle however (but a TVINIT fixes that or 
ROAMOFF will return the TV to normal mode but keep the image currently 
visible).
