eric,

rick and i have a paper in the final stages of publication that presents new coefficients for 20 flux density standards that are accurate from 50 MHz to 50 GHz (at least for some of them).

it'd be good to get these into AIPS.

i'd call it the Perley & Butler 2017 scale.

i'll post a screenshot of the coefficients as an attachment to this ticket.
