[daip] DTSUM output

Hi Eric,

I'm trying to automatically parse the output of DTSUM using a script, and 
noticed that DTSUM truncates the name of the filename to 8 characters. This is 
potentially problematic (creating ambiguities) since AIPS accepts up to 12 
character long filenames. Can you please change DTSUM to output up to 12 
character long file names?
