        The help claimed that correlation functions could be labeled
        in seconds (actually milli seconds or less) but the code went
        to trouble to turn off the option.  Changed to allow it using
        Delta_t = 2 * Nchan / Delta_f.
        Moved to 31DEC16 patch this date.
