The POSSM help file indicates that APARM(7)=1 should produce x-axis units of "seconds" in the case that one is plotting a correlation function. However, I find that APARM(7) has no effect when APARM(8)=3 or 4, always displaying units of "channels".

(This is in 31DEC16, although I expect it is the same in 31DEC17, which I expect to be running within the next day or two).
