When I run IMAGR on these data I do not have a failure of the sort you show.The data however have very many of the samples with value 0.0 and weight nearly zerobut apparently microscopically > 0.  The image made by IMAGR is just a bunch of stripes.I think you need to back up and see how the data got to be what they are.Eric Greisen
