The messages right at the beginning of the ones you sent already indicate that things are going badly wrong.What version of AIPS are you running and is it up to date?  What architecture (MAC or LINUX or LNX64)? We have had problems with Linux systems which have had the operating system updated and so thelatest 31DEC17 may be needed.  This does not look like the usual such error.  CELLSIZE is in arc secso you may need to set it very small (e.g. 0.0001 or something).The task SETFC can tell you this - set CELLSIZE = 0; IMSIZE = 0 and choose an appropriately smallarea to image (in the parm adverb).  Then say GO to SETFC - it will come back (actually return adverbvalues) with info on cellsize and imsize.All weights out are zero suggesting some sort of problem in the initial gridding.Eric Greisen
