Are you running 31DEC16 or 31DEC17?  If the latter I do notunderstand why it says 31DEC16 unless you had AIPS_VERSION setto new.cd /applications/aips/31DEC16/MACINT/LIBR/INTELCMP/do a          ls -lthere should be 4 files-rwxr-xr-x 1 aipssrc aipspgmr 6655696 Sep 26 2016 libimf.dylib*-rwxr-xr-x 1 aipssrc aipspgmr 762928 Sep 26 2016 libintlc.dylib*-rwxr-xr-x 1 aipssrc aipspgmr 762928 Sep 26 2016 libirc.dylib*-rwxr-xr-x 1 aipssrc aipspgmr 24889728 Sep 26 2016 libsvml.dylib*in the 31DEC16 area and the same names and sizes in the 31DEC17 area.If all 4 files are there, then look at the fix_aips_elcap.sh file you used.  Compareit with the one in /applications/aips/31DEC17/MACINT/SYSTEM - i fear youcould have used an obsolete version of the fix file.Eric Greisen
