I relinked everything because we were obliged to upgrade to Sierra.However, the "missing" library should not be missing - we provideit.  Go the /usr/local/lib and do an ls -l.  There should be 4 links to...MACINT/LIBR/INTELCMP.If any are missing cd $AIPS_ROOT and execute (under bash) thefile fix_aips_elcap.sh.Eric Greisen
