I am unable to get the TV to start. Already installed the latest Quartz system... as well as followed all of the instructions for adjusting system settings.

Typical error message is

LOCALH> CNTR 1: GINIT: ERROR    6 OPENING THE TV
LOCALH> CNTR 1: GRAPH FILE INIT ERROR. GINIT ERR =    6
LOCALH> CNTR 1: Purports to die of UNNATURAL causes

Any and all help would be appreciated.
