You must install obit - contact bcotton at nrao.edu - and I have no memory 
of the web page you cite.  I will take a look.

Alternatively, Emanuel (or I - I suppose) could run the translation of 
the SDM in aips FITS for you here.  I gather you will be here soon.
Both Emanuel and I will be away next week and I am away the week after too.
