[daip] Maximum number of subarrays

Hi Eric.

I used DBCON on a lot of files last night and although I wasn't going to 
exceed 50, I first wrote the files out to disk and back in again with 
FITLD in order to get them in the new FITS format. I then mapped and 
self-calibrated, but CALIB complains about quite a few of the subarrays 
being missing and LISTR confirms this.

Actually, all the data appear to be present, but some subarrays are 
being mislabelled. See attached LISTR output.

If I just run DBCON with the files in original FITS format, there are no 
problems.

I haven't tried DBCONing >50 files yet, but will soon.
