That is unfortunate since it means that I have run the exact same load module you use and it does not give me any problems.  The gridded image from 64 IFs and 64 channels is then 4096 by 356 in the tests I ran.  Your MNJ will have down loaded the changed load modules for the obscure bug I fixed yesterday but that should not help much.  I really do not know what to try but I will play some more.
