Is your workstation a Mac or Linux.

I have found an issue that is obscure.  If you ask to flag IFs n1 to n2
then things like FLAG CHANNEL want to bring the cursor up and keep
it within n1 to n2.  If you have zoomed such that these IFs are not
visible, then odd things happen.  I have found a good trap for this
issue.  

But I have not gotten it to fail in any way other than this which is really a user error.
