The only problem I could replicate (sort of) was the flag a time
or time range and apply to all IFs.  In that case, when a subimage
was displayed, it would not flag some number of channels in IF 1
but would flag all the rest.  I fixed that issue.  The failure to flag
at the top end when a full range of data is displayed every n'th
channel I do not see.

I also have not seen the YFILL issue.  FLAG AREA did just what it
is supposed to do - the same channel range in each IF - so long
as the area I mark fits entirely in 1 IF.  If my area covers into a 2nd IF
then it complains and only does the area I marked (better than
doing something odd to every IF).  I have tried the LNX64 Intel
compiler optimized version which I expect that you use as well
as my GNU compiler one.

I will play some more but this is mysterious - you did not see the bug
I fixed and I cannot get any of yours...
