Hi Amy,

Thanks for the quick reply.  I should have mentioned in the first email, the plots I sent are all of individual sources so that at least isn't the issue.  I looked at Tsys like you suggested.  I attached a plot of it for both the target and the phase reference source.  You can see they both has similar Tsys and vary slowly with no big jumps.  MK has higher Tsys than the rest I think because it was raining throughout.  

One thing I forgot to mention that I'm thinking might be the issue is while running clcal for phase referencing I get the following message: "There are matching records with unequal values: SNMRG: real, imag, delay, rate 6649 6469 6396 6393"  I've only been getting this message since I switched to AIPS 2016 and started using VLBAAMP and VLBABPSS.
