I run into the same problem with different data sets. For example, I have one with 64 IFs, 128 channels each, and it acts the same way. Number of visibilities in the data I've tried range from a few hundred thousand to 1.4 million.
All are EVLA, multi-source, but with only a single source displayed in FTFLG.

The problems only occur if flagging is set to "ALL IFS" or a range that includes the highest numbered IF.

Another thing that triggers a termination is to set flagging to IFs 1-32 (or 1-64), then flag several pixels consecutively; that results in the task dying with the "TV ERROR 2 IN YFILL" error.

I've used FTFLG extensively in the past, including on some of these very same data, and never noticed these issues. However, that might have been as long as two months ago.

Lynn
