As has been said by install.pl and many other places $DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH 
is not honored by Mac OS > 10.10.  You must execute (under bash) the 
script fix_aips_elcap.sh which you should find in $AIPS_ROOT, $SYSLOCAL, 
and $SYSMACIN.  You must have sudo privilege.
