You did a binary installation - you must type e.g.

perl install.pl -n

The wizard is objecting to the -n being missing

But you do not need to run install.pl - it really will not help you.
At the point where fix_aips_elcap.sh is required it simply tells you to open another window and execute the proc under bash. So let me suggest that you simply do that - open an xterm, type bash <CR>, $CDTST (this assumes you have defined at least $AIPS_ROOT), and then
cd $SYSMACIN, ./fix_aips_elcap.sh and do what it tells you to do (I think it only asks for your password on its first sudo),
