Hi!
I’m thinking of writing a procedure that runs IMAGR on many short time ranges and runs SAD on each resulting image cube, writing an output SAD text file for each time range. The purpose of doing this would be to look for transient features, like radio signals that might be present for only a few seconds or minutes during much longer observations. Not having much experience with procs, I wonder if you can direct me to some examples (I have consulted the Cookbook).
I especially don’t see how to specify or get the file written by IMAGR, to specify it as the input for SAD. Is the right approach to use “INNAME, INCLASS, INSEQ”? I’m accustomed to using “cno” catalog numbers but don’t see a way to determine them from POPS.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated, especially to a source of examples!
Thanks,
Bob Gray
