I am trying to solve the mystery of a data set where GETJY is unable to find a sensible solution for one of the two IFs, while for the other it gives a null value for the uncertainty. It has made me realize that I do not understand how to interpret the content of the messages that GETJY reports.
In the below example, the third line says it used "1 of 1 gain samples". What might make it think there is only one sample?
Line 8 indicates it used "35 of 36 total", but 35 of 36 what exactly? And then what do the 4 columns "bad, used, tot, bad" in line 8 actually refer to?
Thanks,
Lynn Matthews
