I found some curious code that forced the error bars to be between -180 and 180
degrees.  A sensible thing for the closure phase but not the error bars.  The
presence of negatives in your error bars does suggest that you have errors > 180
degrees.  But there is the requirement that the weights represent real physical
weights in 1/Jy^2 and errors will be strange if they are not.

I am repairing the 31DEC16 version of CLPLT.  A MNJ tonight should fix things.
