I have discovered that the fundamental IO routine for antenna files
has buffers that are only 40% as big as they should be.  This involves
relinking much of AIPS.  Unfortunately, I am having a problem finding out
why VBGLU messes up POLCALA and B and so do not want to do this relink
tonight.  I will work on that tomorrow.  Fixing the buffer size did make PRTAN
behave nicely except for the bad values.
