I am beginning the process of trying to develop an analysis pathway in AIPS for VLBI data that includes phased ALMA and various other stations.

For the present case, we have data from two non-overlapping spectral windows that are correlated with DiFX separately and converted into FITS files. I loaded these into AIPS and now want to join these into a single data set. 

I attempted this with VBGLU. It appears to run successfully (messages appended below), but the resulting visibility dataset (header below) is somehow corrupted.  

Results from PRTUV look okay, but the antenna file (attached) contains spurious values and has renumbered all the antennas to "0". Tasks like POSSM, VPLOT, all die.

Suggestions for what might be going wrong and why?
