[daip] Configuration assigned multiple numbers

How to command AIPS to ignore the 'config' parameter? If I do not specify,
it assumes config=0; If I say config=-1; that leads to an error and abort.

Regarding loading the data separately and using DBCON, the problem is that
it doesn't seem to load the entire data within the specified configuration.

For example a part of the LISTR output for the data loaded with config=0 is:

ID Source Qual Calcode RA(2000.0) Dec(2000.0) No. vis
   1 0542+498=3C147 : 0000 05:42:36.1379 49:51:07.234 14600
   2 J0319+4130 : 0000 03:19:48.1601 41:30:42.103 0
   3 SN2016G_CXU_C : 0000 03:03:57.7400 43:24:20.000 0

So no visibilities for the sources 2 and 3. BDFLIST output, however,
shows that they were observed in config=0 as well as config=4.

Cheers,
- Atish .
