APCAL had defenses against duplicate GC table records.
Unfortunately one antenna (10) had only one record and had 3 terms
in its GC while all others have 2.  This led to an apparent mismatch
due to testing too many values.  I have fixed APCAL so that it
checks only the number of current terms and it now no longer
fails on your GC table 1.  You should have run MERGECAL to avoid
this issue in the first place but APCAL was meant to survive the
problem so long as the GC records for each antenna match exactly.

MNJ tomorrow on 31DEC16 should fix this.
