Quite right.  The object class allocated colors without paying
attention to BIF and so IFs > (EIF-BIF+1) were black.  I fixed
that and also fixed the colors when display 1 If and 2 polarizations.
I could not tell the 2 apart when there are lots of IFs so I made a
separate 2-color set for that case.

Tomorrow's MNJ should fix.
