In your version of install.pl look for the symbol $rsync.
There is a line at about the 3rd occurence of that symbol
which is commented out.  Remove the # at the start of the line.
There is no harm in rsync'ing an area twice and it may help.

But probably not - it is the last of these $myvers/$ARCH which seems to have failed.
