Except in my case the phases are NOT delay*delta_freq  - that's what confused me.  I've attached a TASAV, the last SN table is the one made by RLDLY.   

For IF2, I've got  4.22254 nsecs, -31.114 degs.  But IF2 (according to FQ table) is 16.00 MHz from the reference frequency, so phase should be -24.32 degs (no wrapping), which is notably different than the actual value.

Am I missing something obvious?
