Is RLDLY with DOIFS=1 solving for a single RL delay, but n_IF independent RL phases?  Intuitively it seems to me that you should either be solving for a single RL delay and a single phase, or n_IF of both, but I'm not really sure.

I guess if the RL delay is more or less coherent across the IFs, then a single-delay+multiple-phases solution would look much like I see, ie. the RL phase mostly but not exactly tracks the delay...
