Did I not fix this for you recently?  You complained that they were root 2
high (or low I forget) and I found the root 2 in the code with a comment
that you had asked for it previously.  At that time I ran a UVMOD test like
you describe and I agreed that the root 2 extra factor had to go.  But the
result was then correct - now with no change to the code you say it is not.
I do not understand....
