I would have thought that with DPARM(1)=0, UVPRT should autoscale the weights to fit within the available number of print characters (and give you a "weights have been multiplied by xxxx").  It only seems to scale the weights when you set DPARM(2,3),
and and with DPARM=0 cheerfully prints out all 0 weights when the weights are <<1.
