The sched set of flags may not need special flagging since those flags
are likely to appear also in flag table 1 loaded from FITLD.  But, in any case,
the day numbers in AIPS start at the first day of the observation, not the
first day of the year (as in sched??) so day number 0 and perhaps 1 would
normally be required.

EDITR does not display data flagged on input to the task, only data now
marked to be flagged due to your uses of the task.

UVPRT with FLAGVER 0 shows data that remain un-flagged, while with
FLAGVER=-1 shows all data.  Similarly you could used UVPLT.  Chose 
limited sets of ANTENNA, BASELINE, TIMERANGE, STOKES to illustrate
what you are checking without being overwhelmed with all the rest of the data.
