[daip] UVPGET: RANDOM PARMS NOT ALL THERE

Hi Amy, Eric

I need to switch between different versions of aips
(TST, NEW, OLD) for some comparison.

Usually I work in TST, where I also did the fringe fitting and other calibration steps.

I quit AIPS, start with over with 'aips new' or 'aips old'.
After this I cannot run any aips task, such eg. as SNPLT or LISTR on the same UV-data.

I tried compress and restore 0, but this did not help. I always get
errors like this.

What is wrong ?
