[daip] FITS-IDI files with > 5 days worth of EOPs

Hi DAIP,

Within the DiFX community we wish to change the way in which we handle EOP 
values to simplify cases where a single experiment is longer than about 2 
days.  Currently based on historical hardware correlator behavior we have 
been restricting the model generation to use only 5 days of EOP values. 
We would like to allow an arbitrary (or at least large upper limit, maybe 
100) EOP values to be used.  A standard cubic spline is used in CALC to 
evaluate the EOP values at an arbitrary point in time; that won't change.

Will increasing the number of EOP values transmitted to AIPS via FITS-IDI 
be OK?  Will programs that use the EOP values (I only know of the one that 
does a correction for bad EOPs) properly cope?
