Actually I suspect that your initial data set had CORR-ID as a random parameter
after the ANTENNA1 ANTENNA2 and the uniform set of 1's is the correct set
of values for CORR-ID.  In trying to find a data set to test I stumbled on a VLBA
one that had this and FITTP messed up.

Now to try to fix it.
