Sorry about the mutiple messages.  I run some more trials and I think what happens is that IMAGR fails whenever antenna 1 is de-selected, either via ANTENNAS = -1... or ANTENNAS = 2,3,4,..... (this is contrary to my first post where I thought
ANTENNA -1 worked but ANTENNA -1,-3 didnt).  There is lots of data even with antenna 1 de-selected, and UVCOP(ANTENN=-1)=>IMAGR works fine with exactly the same parameters.
