Eric, 

Yeah it looks like all the flag info printed out by SCHED is already in the flag table sent with the data.  It's a bit odd that the SCHED flag file says it's readable by AIPS but isn't really since it doesn't use the day number 0 = first day of your observations format.  But not a big deal since it's not needed anyway.
