The change I made did not quite come out as I wanted.
Previously, TVBOX would generate a question about
whether you wanted to delete existing boxes even if
there was only 1.  I wanted to go ahead   and delete 1
box.  Instead, I left it as if you had answered no.  So the code
drops into REBOX and you can change the initial box into
something desirable and then add more.  DELBOX however
worked entirely as desired.

I am fixing it to avoid the question (and delete) when there
is only one box.  Tomorrow's MNJ.
