The help file was really out of touch with the INPUTS.  I am upgrading it.

The uncertainty issue is another matter.  Exactly which of the many
displayed values appears to be wrong?  Note that I have not changed
OMFIT is any way that could affect this since we agreed (I thought)
that it was working in 3/2012.
