        FITLD was not loading the gain table correctly because the include
        file PGNV.INC had not been relinked when MAXTBGC in PGCV.INC was
        changed.  This meant that FITLD thought there were a possible 200
        gain entries per IF when there were in fact 120.
        Moved nowhere.
