There are numerous ways in which this could arise.

1. The message says that there are no gain solutions in
the SN table (or that they are so scattered as to fail the
robust algorithm).  Plot your SN table amplitudes with
SNPLT for each of the CALSOUR and each of the
SOURCES specified in the inputs of GETJY one source
at a time.  I suspect that either you have written multiple
SN tables with CALIB, neglected to run CALIB on some of
the cal sources, or specified things wrongly in GETJY.

2. A recent complaint of this sort was resolved when
it was realized that FILLM loaded the various cal sources
with different FREQID numbers.  There is an adverb in
FILLM to discourage that.
