[daip] multiple windows running aips with same userid munber

The /tmp issue needs study on my part...

The ZMSFI2 messages suggest that in /Users/bob/aips/DATA1 there
is a 0 byte file of the name  MSD001000.001;

Delete it.  To get a proper user 1 message file, enter user 1
with password AMANAGER.  Then RESTART and enter the user number you want.
