[daip] aips problems

Hello,
I'm Jennifer Hamblin, a summer student.  When I tried to open aips today it
is having issues connecting with the TV which is a problem I have never had
before today.

These are the error messages that I got when starting aips with tv = local

START_AIPS: I am GUESSING you are at a workstation called
146.88.4.161
TVDEVS.SH: Remote TV assigned for TVHOST 146.88.4.161
***
START_AIPS: Checking if 146.88.4.161 is reachable via
ssh...
START_AIPS: Cannot start remote TV servers on 146.88.4.161,
sorry!
START_AIPS: remote command gave this
error:
ssh: connect to host 146.88.4.161 port 22: Connection
refused
START_AIPS: check your secure shell setup, in
particular
START_AIPS: whether you have a passphrase enabled.  You may
START_AIPS: wish to try 'ssh -v 146.88.4.161 pwd' to see
START_AIPS: what the problem is.
START_AIPS: Starting TPMON daemons on NMPOST003 asynchronously...

when I typed in 'ssh -v 146.88.4.161 pwd' this is what I got.

I don't really know what to do with it or what this means.
