Can you run PRTTP on a fits file written by 31DEC15 with PRTLEV 2 and
send me the output?  There should be nothing different about fits files
made with 31DEC15 - the changes are internal and undone on output.
Mind you - a 31DEC14 version of FITTP on files processed by 31DEC15
could be peculiar.
