[daip] AIPS cannot see SN-tables

I have written a verb REVERSN which will appear in AIPS after tomorrow's 
MNJ (after 10pm Mountain Daylight tonight).  This will detect the 
highest version in specific extensions or all possible extensions and 
correct the header.
