In general, no.  Many UV data sets have an integration time random
parameter.  In that case, PRTUV with DPARM(6)=1 will show you all the
random parameter values in detail (and not the vis values).  I often use
PRTUV with DPARM(6)=0 to get an idea of the separation of times in the data.
