The table you have attached in really rather a mess - did it come from 
the SMA or did you write it back out from AIPS?  If the latter, is there 
some way you could get me the original SMA data file?

The coordinates of the antennas are all (X,Y,Z and all antennas) = 29 
meters - not possibly correct.  The ANREFM message will be annoying but 
it causes nothing bad to happen.  It means that array = 'SMA' is not in 
the code.  It would put it in if I thought that would help but the 
antenna positions are so bad that there is no point.
