Given that your correction factor near the edges is about 3, the fact
that things are off by 2% indicates a very minor error.  VLBI bandpass
corrections involve shifts due to the relative motions of the stations.
Perhaps such shifts are being applied (wrongly) when doing autocorrelations.
Can you run UVCOP to make a small data set with only these 2 minutes of data
and then make that file available to us (anonymous ftp or ??).
