AIPS version: 31DEC15

When I run SNSMO it will not create a new SN table.  Instead, the 'outvers' variable is used as 'refant'.

Example 1:
inputs: samptype 'mwf', doblank -1, smotype 'ampl', cparm 0.5 0 0 0 0 1 0, inver 1, outver 2, refant 9
--> does not create SN 2, get message "SNREF: re-referencing 100.00% of table entries to antenna 2"

Example 2:
inver 1, outver 0, refant 2
--> does not create SN 2, get message "SNREF: re-referencing 100.00% of table entries to antenna 1"

I ran a MNJ to make sure I have the most up-to-date code, and this still happens.
